iDOS allows you to experience classic DOS games on your iPhone and iPad, transforming your device into a powerful DOS gaming PC. With modern game control features, iDOS ensures that your old favorites are as playable as possible.

Additionally, iDOS can be used for non-gaming purposes such as word processing and casual programming. Retro DOS applications are known for their simplicity and surprising productivity.

KEYBOARD

iDOS includes a PC-compatible on-screen keyboard with thoughtfully designed layouts for various devices and orientations. In landscape mode, the keyboard features a sliding control to prevent it from obstructing crucial parts of the screen.

Full support for Bluetooth keyboards is available on iOS 14 and later.

GAMEPAD

iDOS offers a virtual gamepad with key bindings commonly used in DOS games. Users have the ability to customize these bindings, with the DPAD functioning in an 8-axis manner and the option to switch to joystick mode.

External Bluetooth game controllers are compatible with iDOS. To adjust button bindings, navigate to iDOS in landscape mode, tap on the Bluetooth icon on the auto-hiding top bar, ensuring your game controller is connected via System Settings -> Bluetooth.

MOUSE

The screen area acts as a trackpad for moving the mouse pointer. Left-click by tapping on the screen - direct touch enables the mouse pointer to move to the tapped location. For a right-click, hold one finger on the screen and tap with another finger.

On-screen mouse buttons are also provided for user convenience.

Full support for Bluetooth mice is available on iOS 14 and later.
